We would like to welcome Jason Packer to Recollective Consulting, Jason is joining us as a Green Building Analyst.  In addition to the 6 years of construction experience he brings to this position, Jason has also studied economics, administration and policy, with a degree in administration and a BCIT diploma in building technology.
